We're ready to host your meeting – any meeting. Maybe you don't have adequate room in your office, company or corporation to seat all your essential meeting attendees. Or maybe you need that clear focus that comes from holding an off-site meeting.
Maybe – quite possibly! – you'd like to add a bit of fun for afterwards? The kind that comes a round of golf, or a shared meal. No matter the need, Sunset Hills can “meet” your meeting needs!
Sunset Hills clubhouse is on two levels, so your meeting can be conducted without member interruption, and vice versa. With two kitchens, and two nearly-separate facilities, we're able to afford you the privacy of a meeting, including any and all meals you include in conjunction with your meeting.
The upper level is where we do banquets, weddings and special events – like your meeting. And while your function is in full swing, you won't interrupt our members' use of the facility, nor will they interrupt your meeting.
Our East Room is our main room, and can be used as a conference room for 60. The Board Room is suited for a more exclusive meeting setting of 15 or less.
If you've got a day-long meeting planned, we can do a full day's meals to accompany your needs – from a continental breakfast, through lunch and a casual or more formal wrap-up dinner.

We're not opening the doors just for one-time meetings. We'd certainly love to discuss any and all on-going needs you might have in the area of regularly-held meetings.
