Dear Outing Coordinator:
Outing coordinators come in two basic forms: there's that group who love the game of golf, loves to organize outings and enthusiastically approach the tasks involved and there are those who were literally out to lunch and got “elected” golf outing coordinator for their company, charity or organization!
We love outing coordinators – one and all.
And all we offer to each and every one of them is: Everything! Basically, you pick a date and we take over from there.
Outings at Sunset Hills are generally held on Mondays (or other days with Board approval) and you don't have to be a member to hold a function here.
We'll work with you to coordinate all the facets of your outing, so that you seamlessly move from your registration, to your golf, to your post-golf festivities without so much as a hole sponsor sign out of place or a foursome's score un-tallied or a cold entrée when it was ordered hot.
You won't work with one person from this area, and another person from that area. All of the coordination of your outing is dealt with internally; you have one Sunset Hills contact to make your life easier!

Our group planners will create a package that fits your needs and your budget — even if you have to squeeze in a business meeting between nines.
Everything from a basic golf group of 12 needing prizes and a lunch, to a full blown golf event with on-course meals and an awards banquet. Whatever you want, we'll find a way to give it to you. You are only restricted by your imagination.
We get pumped up for every event here at Sunset Hills, because we know it's not only important to you but it's important to us! There's an old axiom: if you get good service, you'll tell a couple people. If you get bad service, you'll tell everyone. We can't afford anything short of perfection every time out. And we deliver!
